Prada

The famous Italian house of fashion was founded in 1913 by brothers Mario and Martino Prada. The store in Milan was originally named Fratelli Prada and sold leather and luggage goods. The family run business passed through a couple of generations and came to Mario Prada’s granddaughter Miuccia Prada who took over the company in 1978 and made Prada what it is today.
